What's Her Name?
One of the people we have met at our customer’s office is their Director of Information Center. One would assume this person is a vital link in ensuring the company is well represented in the market place and getting out the message that they are who their customer's should be dealing with.
But then, considering the “english” name she chose for herself, I’m not sure that message is really getting out.
