Chennai in Pictures

To wrap up my stay in Chennai, I will close with the photo storyboard.
Technically, we are not really in Chennai, but out in the suburbs which consists of one small village after another.  Each village has a name larger than the village itself, but that's just the way the Indians do it.  Our hotel is really terrific (Marty should be jealous.  His hotel was just so westernly urban) and the journey to work is quite interesting and since I am having difficulty describng both, I decided to give you the photos as an easy way out.
So, this post is all pictures to help you understand a little better the lifestyle I have here ... enjoy!

View of Bay of Bengal from Hotel Beach

Pretty cool place, Huh?
OK. So we have a nice place to spend the one hour a day there when our eyes are actually open.
After that, we have to drive (1 hour.  The Triangle, remember?) to work.
Here is what our drive looks like ....

This really is a road we used

And so was this one ... Look out for the cow

So, thats Chennai, India.  I enjoyed it.  I think I'll go back.
But avoid the headcold!

Fred, Jaya, and me!
